Samantha Davis

Samantha Davis, NRP, serves as an EMS Lieutenant for Washington County Ambulance District functioning as the first level supervisor for all EMS clinicians on duty at a given time. Lieutenant Davis leads the STARS (Special Needs Tracking, Awareness and Response) program for Washington County as a whole (EMS, hospital, first responders and dispatch).

Lieutenant Davis is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Missouri Licensed Paramedic and Critical Care Paramedic. In addition to her operational role, Lieutenant Davis serves as a Field Training Officer for newly hired EMS clinicians. Lieutenant Davis also functions as an adjunct instructor for the MAC EMS Education programs.
