John Kitners

John Kitners BS, EMT-P, FP-C serves as the Division Chief of Administration and as the Chief Financial Officer for Washington County Ambulance District. Along with managing the business operations of the District, Division Chief Kitners also oversees the business operations for other EMS agencies who contract with WCAD for executive leadership.

Division Chief Kitners is a Missouri Licensed Paramedic, Missouri Licensed Community Paramedic, Board-Certified Flight Paramedic, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Accounting. He is also a graduate student pursing a master’s degree in Science in Information Technology.
