About the Role
The RN at Washington County Ambulance District is responsible for directions and giving safe, efficient, professional care to patients within an assigned unit of support of medical care as directed by on-line and off-line medical control, as well as non-patient care related responsibilities.
The RN will provide clinical care as per outlined Scope of Practice as established by Washington County Ambulance District Clinical Practice Guidelines.
The RN-II will have clinical authority over a EMT.
The RN-II is encouraged to hold an EMT or Paramedic license as well (not required).

Completed written application
Current resume
Copy of Missouri provider license (EMT, Paramedic or RN)
Copy of National Registry certification (not required)
Current BLS CPR
Current ITLS or PHTLS
NIMS 100, 200 & 700
Immunization records (TB within 1 year, Hep B and TDaP)
HazMat FRA (required within 1 year of hire)
Current ACLS (Paramedic / RN only)
Current PALS (Paramedic / RN only)
Any advanced board certifications (CCP-C, FP-C, CEN, CCRN, CTRN, CFRN, etc.)
